Homester AI provides automated cloud-based rendering engines, including AI Virtual Staging, AI Interior Redesign, AI Facade Elevation Rendering, Floor Plan scanning, Brochure PDF generation, and Video walkthroughs. Renders are simulated utilizing machine learning algorithms and are intended for promotional purposes.
Subscribing to our Starter, Professional, or Enterprise tiers grants you a monthly quota of credits to run calculations. Credit consumption rules are outlined in the pricing tables. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing month. Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring monthly cycle and are non-refundable.
All copyright, ownership, and distribution rights to the completed visual assets, images, brochures, and walkthrough videos generated using your account belong strictly to you. Homester AI claims no ownership of user-uploaded assets or user-generated outputs.
Users must not upload images depicting illegal, offensive, or hazardous material. Any attempt to reverse engineer the spatial AI rendering models or bypass quota restrictions will lead to account suspension without refund.
